What we check before printing your FYP:
Wall Thickness & Shells: Prevent flimsy parts from cracking when motors or bearings are tightened.
Hole Shrinkage Tolerances: Adjust M3/M4 screw holes so hardware fits tightly without drilling.
Stress-Oriented Layer Alignment: Rotate parts so mechanical force doesn't shear layer adhesion.
Heat & Load Suitability: Switch from PLA to PETG/ABS for parts exposed to engine bay heat or UV sun.
