Buying a Specialized 3D Printer in Pakistan: Advice
01. Why In-House Designed Printers?
Generic imported printers break when replacement parts can't be found or when proprietary cloud servers go offline. Every Jiddat machine uses standard industrial extrusions, open Marlin/Klipper firmware, and components available locally in Pakistan.
02. 6-Month Working Warranty & Claim Terms
Every machine sold includes a 6-month working warranty under proper technical claim clauses. Mainboard, PSU, and stepper motor issues are handled directly in our Karachi lab without shipping overseas.
03. Why Prepaid Orders Only?
Because each machine is custom-built and bench-tested specifically for each customer, we do not support Cash on Delivery. Orders are prepaid via IBFT or Raast with official invoices and insured delivery.
04. Specialized Education Warranty for Schools
Accredited educational institutions receive our specialized STEAM education warranty, including on-site educator workshops, teacher training, and curriculum-aligned STL project files.
